[obol] Eurasian collared dove, Jackson County

Obolers,

The first Jackson County Eurasian collared dove confirmed by multiple birders was found today in White City by Jim Hostick.  It is off Antelope Road, left on Hale and then right on Ingalls Way, a short L shaped street.  It was being seen by multiple birders this afternoon on utility wires on the west side of the part of the street that runs north and south.
