[obol] COMMON GROUND-DOVE - Not seen this morning (8/5)

As of this morning, the COMMON GROUND-DOVE has not been seen today on Terry 
Wahl's ranch in Port Orford.

Birders are still welcome to try on Sunday (approx. 9-10 AM), but this bird 
may have moved on.  It has been unusually windy in Port Orford for the last 
couple of days.  I'm not sure how this contributed to the bird's arrival or 
the lack of consistancy in sightings.

Just for comparison, the WHITE-WINGED DOVE at his place last month was seen 
for 2 days, gone for 3, seen 1 more day and then gone for good.  The RINGED 
TURTLE-DOVE before that was there reliably for 2 weeks.  One never knows.

I may give it a try on Sunday.  Anyone interested can crash at my place 
tonight to be within easy driving distance (1 hr) for the morning.  I have 2 
extra bedrooms & a couch.  Email if interested or if you'd like directions 
directly to the ranch.
