Farner, 1952.  Birds of Crater Lake National Park.  180-page paperbound, has
previous owner's name in front, otherwise very good with minor scuffs and
nicks.  $18

Gabrielson & Jewett, 1940.  Birds of Oregon.  The original hardbound
reference, a very solid, crisp copy. $39

Hoffmann, R.  1927.  Birds of the Pacific States.  The beautifully written
guide with a zillion pieces of line art and some color plates.  Arguably the
most "literary" field guide ever written.  Very good/near fine with minor
outer hinge scuffs, no d.j.  $25

Jewett, S.  1914.  Directions for preparing specimens of mammals, birds,
fish and Reptiles. 18-page paper. Very good condition. $19

Jobanek, G.  1997.  An annotated bibliography of Oregon bird literature
before 1935.  The glorious, definitive reference, 475 page hardbound in
almost pristine condition.  Normally $60, this one, which I found at an
astonishing (read "mistaken") price, is $29
