While we were warming up after our swim I was pleased to see our visiting Hummingbird checking out my flowers. I finally got a long enough look at her to id. She is a Black Chinned. We have the only flowers in a square mile. She hasn't been the only one to visit them. Last week we had a Hummingbird Moth working all the flowers. The moth's are quite remarkable, they have fat bodies with lots of different colors.
Also forgot in a previous message to mention the Wilson Phalaropes we saw at a small lake. There were Avocets and Ibis there too.
