[obol] easiest Oregon bird

There are no "easy" Oregon land birds that I have not seen, but I have made
several trips into the Wallowas and never seen the Spruce grouse that others
find. Likewise my avoidance of pelagic trips in the modern era means that I
have never seen Laysan Albatross or Flesh-footed Shearwater, but they don't
count as easy.

In the midwest, I have heard Henslow's Sparrow in two states. I lived near
them for three years. I have seen the grass move where the sparrow was. I
have never seen the sparrow.
