[obol] What is the "easiest" bird you have not seen in OR?

I've never seen an Allen's Hummer.  I don't seem to make it to the south
coast any other time than winter and very early spring.

That's easy:  Snow Bunting.

Makes me crazy, what with all the time I spend down at
the coast, etc.  (I've seen them elsewhere, e.g., Nome
in breeding plumage--beautiful.  Just never in Oregon.)
