[obol] What is the "easiest" bird you have not seen in OR?

Having been in Oregon for a year and a half, this is an easy one for me;

I see reports of Bald Eagles all the time, and I have never seen on 
outside of a zoo!

(I have seen both the Common Raven [though not in Oregon] and have seen 
many Peregrine Flacons [1 here in Eugene and probably 100 sightings in 
and around Los Angeles.])
