[obol] Easiest Bird not seen in Oregon

I walked around and around a pine tree in Baker Co. for 1/2 hr. listening to a Flammulated Owl tooting about 15 ft. above me.  Even with a good flashlight I never saw the bird.  Also heard one in Lake Co. but never saw it.
