[obol] Long-tailed Duck

The female Long-tailed Duck remains at the Washougal Sewage ponds  
visible from the wide shoulder of Washington SH 14.  She spent twenty  
or thirty seconds on most dives, then only remained on the surface  
for 3 to 10 seconds.  But she came up in the same area each time, so  
I was able to a number of satisfactory looks in my scope.  There was  
a Horned Grebe there as well.
