Saw several SHORT-EARED OWLS again this afternoon in the South Vancouver
Lake Wetland Restoration area off La Frambois Road. It's hard to say how
many were in the area. I saw a maximum of three or four at one time, but
there were likely more than that.

The resident ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was still over by the large white petroleum
tanks, and a group of about a half dozen WESTERN MEADOWLARKS and one
NORTHERN SHRIKE were nearby.
