[obol] possible Northern Mockingbird at Sandy River Delta

Unfortunately, I didn't have my binos during this afternoon's dog walk, 
but I saw a bird that looked very much like a Northern Mockingbird to 
this amateur's naked eye. It was located at  the Sandy River Delta Area 
(exit 18 off Highway 84) in the open area along the East-West part of 
the main loop (about .5 mile SW of the blinking power pole).
