[obol] SURF SCOTER Multnomah Co.

There was a Male SURF SCOTER  at the NW corner of BYBEE    Lake along the 
bike path
that runs south from the entrance of Kelly Point Park. It was last seen at  
about 3 PM.
It was with with a flock of COOTS.
 
Also in the same area earlier was a mystery bueto too small to be a Red  
Tailed Hawk.
It stayed in the trees between me and the sun until it flew west to the  
Ramsey Lake
area.RED SHOULDERED?
 
There was  a mixed sparrow flock by the RR bridge that included  LINCOLN'S,
SAVANAH , W-CROWNED and G-CROWNED>
