[obol] should I expect Eurasian Wigeon or Tufted Duck?

It is not unusual to find at least one male Eurasian Wigeon in any sizeable wigeon flock (more than 100 or so). In Albany, they can easily be found in several of the parks - Grand Prairie (corner of Grand Prairie and Waverly) and Timberlinn Park (near the Albany airport).
There was a Tufted Duck at the Philomath Sewage Ponds around November 6th of this year. It is not nearly as common as Eurasian Wigeons - about 1-2 reports per year.

Subject: [obol] should I expect Eurasian Wigeon or Tufted Duck?
Greetings,
Being a birder from the East Coast who spent the last 7 years in the Midwest and South, I was thrilled to see two male Eurasian Wigeon at Finley NWR on Saturday. Should I expect to regularly encounter Eurasian Wigeon at wetlands and lakes in western Oregon? Further, how often does Tufted Duck occur west of the Cascades in Oregon. I briefly searched the OBOL archives (is there an actual 'search' feature?) and didn't find many posts with 'Tufted Duck' in the title.
Cheers,
Karl
