[obol] Upper Nestucca CBC -- December 28, 2006

OBOL,

The 24th Upper Nestucca Christmas Bird Count is scheduled for Thursday,
December 28.  This count takes place in the scenic northern Oregon Coast
Range, within the drainages of the Nestucca, Trask, and South Yamhill
Rivers.  Although it produces a lower species total than most western Oregon
counts, it is the only count centered on the Oregon Coast Range, so it
provides valuable data on wintering birds of that region.
