[obol] Another winter Loggerhead Shrike in Harney County

I saw the third-for-this-winter Loggerhead Shrike yesterday (12/5) on Tule  
Springs Rim about 12 miles east of Fields (Don't bother looking in the DeLorme  
Atals... the Powerline Access Road isn't even on their map, though it is a 
very  obvious road  DeLorme is pretty much worthless for Harney County). I also  
saw a NORTHERN SHRIKE just south of  Krumbo Lane today.The Alvord Basin and  
Tule Springs Rim is NEARLY HAWKLESS this time of year. Saw a couple of Prairie 
 Falcons and maybe one Golden Eagle in two days of intense off-highway 
traveling  in the Alvord Basin and on the Rim.
