[obol] Snowy Owl In Newport

A Snowy Owl was in the same general location as I reported Tues today around
sunset....but in a different tree...one of the tall shorepines further
east...seen by looling east from the back dune ridge of South Beach SP near the
NOAA weather station.

For about 30 seconds I was very excited because I thought we had two, but the
sunset induced mirage on the foredunes against the white capped waves turned
out to just be part of my hopeful imagination :-)
