Does anyone know anything about the book and CD combination by Stephen 
R. Whitney, Martyn Stewart & Elizabeth Briars Hart called "Birdsongs of 
the Pacific Northwest"? It was listed in the Salem Statesman Journal on 
Sunday. No review, just a short write-up. 112 birds in the text; 165 
birdsongs on the CD. Published by The Mountaineers, Seattle.
