The power went out here in Astoria yesterday at 15:20 and just
came back on about half an hour ago.  Maximum winds here were 
about about 35 with gusts to 67mph BEFORE the lights went out.

A tree blew down up the block from us and crushed a car.

I went out this morning and walked about half a kilometer of
Sunset Beach 3 dead pelicans (two were clearly the same ones
that have been there for weeks), a Western Grebe with a herring
still in its mouth, a Common Murre, a Short-tailed Shearwater
and a set of California Gull wings.  Also a Northern Fur Seal.
