[obol] First Year Glaucous Gull

There was a first year Glaucous Gull floating in the water between the Yaquina
Bay Bridge and the first finger of the south jetty around noon today.

This was after the field trip and not verified by anyone else but I saw one
last Feb and I'm pretty darn sure.
