[obol] Northern Bobwhite in Canby

Gerard Lillie, Owen Schmidt, (I'm forgetting who else was there...perhaps
Jim Johnson) and I heard one near the site of the territorial Blue Grosbeaks
near Brogan in Malheur County. I suspect that Northern Bobwhite may be
about as good of a species on the state list as is Ring-necked Pheasant.
