[obol] Black Oystercatcher Question

I would love to see black oystercatchers when I head for the coast at the end of July/beginnning of August.  I have received tips that they may be seen at DePoe Bay and Seal Rock.  Does anyone know of other likely sighting locations? I've never seen them before. I'll be traveling as far north as Newport, and as far south as maybe Bandon.
