[obol] Black Phoebe Tillamook

This morning we found a Black Phoebe in an area I don't think one has 
been seen before. We were going north on Tillamook River rd about 1/4 
of a mile north of Ekloff Rd there is a bridge with tidegate under 
it. . We pulled off by the bridge to check out our first Piedbilled 
Grebe of the summer in a marsh puddle in the field on the west side 
of Tillamook river Rd. We found a Black Phoebe  sunning itself on the 
tidegate on the north east corner, it then flew to a bramble hanging 
over the river. we wee only about 12 ft away.
