Steve Warner relocated the Neacoxie BLACK PHOEBE yesterday
afternoon near the Fort to Sea Trail bridge.

He also reports that nearshore seabirds continue to congregate
just beyond the breakers at several locations between Seaside
Cove and Gearhart, focusing on NORTHERN ANCHOVY schools.
