[obol] Costa's Hummingbird Port Orford

I have had a Costa's Hummingbird at my feeders for 4 days now and it has been aggressively defending it's favorite feeder. I have 5 set up and have had around 20 Rufous and a few Anna's every day. This Costa's is so bold it actually went after a Black Headed Grosbeak  today that had the nerve to perch on the top of the shepards hook the Costa's feeder hangs from. I think it made contact with the Grosbeak when it attacked...by the noise the Grosbeak made...as it quickly ( and loudly ) left the area....

I went to Gold Beach this afternoon and watched quite a few Osprey fishing at the mouth of the Rogue. One caught a huge eel and my favorite photo I got today...was when one of the Osprey came up from a dive with 2 fish at the same time ! one in each foot ! If anyone wants to see a photo of the Costa's or the 2 fish at once....email me and I'll send one.
