I prefer to vote Martian myself.
They are very green, first off.
They are difficult to understand, so they will continue the trend of
perplexing the American people.
They fly, and us birders tend to have affinities to flying things.
They are cold blooded, thus there is no fear of them hugging us to get warm.
And their homeland, Mars, is so far away, cold, and strange, that I'm
sure they will be happy in their new home of Washington DC - a place so
similarly cold, strange, and (thankfully) far away.
