This is fabulous news, Alan!  This has indeed needed doing for a long 
time.  Tell me more -- is this being done just by you, or nationally 
by them, or by different people in different regions individually, or 
... ?  And did you convince them, or have they been looking for 
people & ways to do this nationally?    - J
