[obol] RBA: triple threat

An interesting question. There are large numbers of them in the Sacramento
Valley (central valley) around the NWR systems. A couple of years ago in
mid-September we found several large pure flocks of them. However, they
don't seem to want to come northward. I have yet to see one in Josephine
Co.
During the OR Breeding Bird Atlas project I found 2 in Douglas Co in the
summer in breeding plumage (at Wildlife Safari), which may have been there
because of the managers of the place (they were hanging around the Hippos).
