[obol] Emperor and egret still present

The EMPEROR GOOSE and the CATTLE EGRET were still in the field
on Airport Rd west of the Coast Guard Station.

A single DUSKY CANADA GOOSE was with the WESTERNS at Wireless Rd.
A dark-phase ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was also at Wireless.
