Yes, the Tijuana Estuary refuge is good. Been there twice, have
seen the Clapper Rail both times, plus a wide variety of other
shore birds. Also, the pier at Imperial Beach for Terns, plus
the refuge bays north of Imperial Beach for Skimmers. Presuming
those species might be of interest ...
