[obol] Local lists

There is no "official" Lane County e-mail listserv, but many Lane birders
have their own automated lists that send local information to local birders.
Mine has about 45 Lane regional birders on it.  Some things go to that list
but not to OBOL, such as "the mockingbird in my yard was seen again today."
