Members of the Bend Bird Club (Howard Horvath, Judy Meredith and myself) headed east today in search of Doves

The WHITE-WINGED DOVE remains in the pheasant pen at the Cottrell's.  This bird is free to leave at any time, but with ample food it is not surprising it is sticking around.  

The EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVE  flock remains in Burns.  Tim had mentioned 615 Riverside Dr.  That is the exact place where the birds were.  A local told us the flock is roosting in a dilapidated barn just north of the road.
