[obol] OPPOSE OAKS REFUGE INCURSION

There is a proposed railroad museum at the south end of Oaks Bottom Wildlife 
Refuge in Portland, below Sellwood Park. Details on page 3 of The Bee. I plan 
to attend the SMILE meeting to night, Wednesday, Oct 4 at 7:30 pm, at the 
SMILE Station at SE 13th and Tenino.  I encourage anyone interested to attend the
