[obol] 50 Great Egret

Hi Folks,
I forgot to post that on Wednesday on my way home from Salem to Dallas, there were 50 Great Egrets at an irrigation pond on the north side of hwy 22.   This is the largest congregation I am aware of in this county.    I am sure they would have been at BSNWR if there was any significant water there, but it is quite dry.   It is about a mile from there.    The next day there were only a few at this irrigation pond, and today there were none.   Guess you got to go where the food is........
