[obol] RN STINT seen again

Dave Irons saw the RN STINT on Friday at HIGH tide in the sw corner of the
cove south of the crab dock out the south jetty road at Florence.  It was
with a few Sanderlings.  Roger and Betty Robb also saw it.  It is also using
the adjacent beach.
