Steve Warner and I manned the benches atop the Seltzer Park restrooms 
as part of the annual Big Sit event.  There was a cold wind from the 
southeast all morning and rain set in at about 10:30.  We managed 54
species for the day with no real surprises.  Very little moving off-
shore most of the observation period aside from a pulse of SOOTY
SHEARWATERS and assorted loons just before the rains came.
