[obol] Broad-winged Hawk - Mt Scott Clackamas County - 11 Oct

Obolers,
Wednesday afternoon, while motoring on I-2o5, I noted a pair of hawks seemingly seeking thermal lift to the NW of Mt. Scott in Clackamas County.  At least one of these hawks was ALL WING.  I identified it as a BROAD-WINGED HAWK based on the unique silhouette.  Can I do this?
