[obol] Broad-winged Hawk is a review species

There have been 3 or 4 reports of Broad-winged Hawks the past couple of
weeks.

There are only 9 accepted records in Oregon, the first in 1983 and the last
in 1999.

I have a request, that you may ignore with impunity. Could those reporting
rare birds provide a brief plumage description? Such would help others to
know what plumages and field marks to look for. I assume that most
Broad-winged Hawks would be juveniles? Besides, all rarities should be
written up with plumage descriptions and submitted to the Oregon Bird
Records Committee, right? Perhaps I'm the only one that enjoys reading
feather-by-feather analysis of rare birds? I know that studying such
descriptions informs me and makes me a better birder.

Thank you for considering this request.
