This smells fishy. We all know there are at least three Tim Rodenkirk's
out there. Steve Dowlan, what do you think, is this a similar affair?
Is one of the David Irons throwing propaganda out there, trying to
convince us that they are not related, when in fact they are genetic
clones of each other, spreading themselves out across America in an
attempt to bolster their life list, pushing past the 700, no 800 mark,
and attemting to become the first person to hit 850 in North America???
Those of you who witness these David Irons in the field need to do
some probing of this hypothesis. Maybe attempt to talk to them and
gather information to prove that they are in fact in more than one
location at one time, maybe try to get them to slip up and reveal the
true inner secrets. Better yet, maybe you can somehow get a genetic
sample from said Irons, maybe grab one of those cans of beers so oftenly
tossed out the window of their car as they travel at high speeds to get
to such far off places as Malheur and inspect it for facial hair or some
other cells that can be sent off to the lab for analysis. Yes, the
Oregon birding community may be seeing a new threat: it's not just
Rodenkirks anymore, it's Irons, and who knows what's next, imagine
multiple Contreras's, or Gilligans, or worse yet, invaders like Fix.
Beware, you've been warned. Protect yourself.
You know, this doesn't smell fishy. It smells more like stale beer.
Cheers
