[obol] Color-banded Western Gull

Hi Max and Otis, plus Others with interest.  Below is the BBL new web page 
for reporting banded birds, included color banded birds.  Click on "Report A 
Color Banded Bird" and go from there.   ...and it does work, for I reported 
a recaptured Yellow-breasted Chat by it recently.   Dennis
