[obol] Bird Caps and courtesy

Folks,

As list manager, I feel the need to step in here and say a word or two. First, let's agree that intent of the original posting encouraging capitalization of bird names was to say that it is a nice thing to do to report bird names in all caps. 

However, obol functions just fine if people do not list bird names in all caps.  So, do it if you want to take the time to be a little nicer to fellow readers than you are already being by sharing your bird sightings in the first place.

Let's please keep this in perspective and not imply any kind of angry retribution or violence. We are talking about capitalizing bird names for goodness sake.  There is no good reason this discussion should deteriorate in the way it has.  

Thanks for keeping OBOL 99.99999% civil and useful.
