[obol] BLACK SWIFTS, COMMON TERNS at Fern Ridge 3:15 PM Friday

On my way back from the coast I saw bout 15 COMMON TERNS flying around over 
the channel on east side of Perkin's Penninsula Pk. along Hwy 126.  The 
birds were easily viewed from the boat ramp at Perkins Penn. Pk.  While 
scoping the birds I caught sight of two BLACK SWIFTS working there way south 
high over the reservoir.
