[obol] Jaeger at Fern Ridge

John Sullivan has found a Jaeger at Fern Ridge at the end of Royal Avenue and north on the mud flats.  It was harassing gulls in the area where the American White Pelican often roost.  John couldn't determine which Jaeger it was.  It flew off to the north.  John is continuing to pursue this bird and will report later if it is relocated.
