[obol] 3 RUFFS at Ridgefield NWR

At 4 p.m. there were 3 RUFFS at Rest Lake, visible from the road on the opposite side of the lake from the viewing blind, and the PECTORAL SANDPIPERS and SHARP-TAILED SANDPIPER were still being seen as well.  Thanks to all the helpful birders who ensured that we got great views of today's rareties.
