[obol] A MASKED BOOBY record for Oregon.

This story could have yet another chapter. I read an article in Western
Birds from a several years ago suggesting that some of the immature "Masked
Booby" records from California were actually Nazca Boobies. At the time the
article was written Nazca Boobies were considered a subspecies of Masked
Boobies, but are now considered separate. Nazca Boobies are the "Masked"
Boobies nesting in the Galapagos Islands, and also nest in small numbers on
an Island or two way off Mexico (I think Clipperton and one of the
Revillagigedos group?). Distinguishing immatures from Masked is tricky, but
should be very feasible with a specimen in hand. In reading the account
from the Slater Museum I saw no indication that they had considered Nazca.
