Took an afternoon off since I had to go to Corvallis.  Here's what I found:

Finley NWR:

Red-tailed Hawk - `1
Turkey Vulture - 5
Great Egret - 3
Stiff tailed ducks in silhouette (??)
Great Blue Heron -10
Pied-billed Grebe - 2
Scrub Jay - 10
White-crowned Sparrow -1
Golden Crowned Sparrow - 1
Lazuli Bunting (female) - 1
Common Yellowthroat - 1
Song Sparrow - 5

EE Wilson -- nothing on the drive through

Basket Slough NWR
Great Egret - 10
Great Blue Heron - 5
American Kestrel - 1
Western Sandpiper -5
Least Sandpiper -5
Dowitcher (sp) - 25 (adults and juveniles) -- sorry Greg I didn't have 
the write up with me and couldn't tell which kind ;-)
Greater Yellowlegs - 4
Killdeer - 8
Red-breasted Merganser - 2

Wheaton Ferry
Barn Swallows - 100+
