Had a singing chipper on Sun at Chip Ross park in Corvallis.
Black-throated grays should be showing up in early April, but one thing
I have found out that you need to watch for is migrating Townsends
warblers will give a much buzzier and slower song than they do during
the nesting season which can sound more Black-throated gray like.
Always best to get a visual on these guys and hermit warblers.

Hi OBOL,

A friend of mine had a Chipping Sparrow show up in her
yard in the Cal Young area yesterday. Neato!

Also, I think I have been hearing a Black Throated
Gray Warbler....zeedle zeedle zeedle zweet!

Anyone else out there have them yet?

Enjoy!

Kat in Eugene
