[obol] Lane Co White-tailed Kite

While driving home from Corvallis yesterday (4/2) on Hwy 126, I saw a 
hunting WHITE-TAILED KITE on the south side of the road over some grassy 
fields somewhere between Triangle Lake and Walden.  Sorry I can't be 
more specific, I'm not really sure where I was.  I remember after 
passing it that soon afterwards there was a huge field on the south side 
of the hwy with maybe about 1000 new fruit trees of some kind.  Anyway I 
wasn't sure if this is a known location for WTKI for Lane Cty, so I 
thought I'd pass along the siting.
