[obol] Bushtit Renovation

My North Portland backyard Bushtits appear to be refurbishing last  
year's nest rather than building a new one. They're in and out, in  
and out, with spiderwebs and moss, and the nest bounces like a bag of  
kittens. I thought I saw them do this several years ago, but I didn't  
observe it carefully. I've never read about this behavior; does  
anyone know if it's common?
