This morning (04-04-07), Phil Hicks had a BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD show up at his place east of Grants Pass...likely migrant.

Found my 1st for year NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW at a past nesting location a bit west of Merlin (likely some around in the County elsewhere earlier).

A pair of CINNOMON TEAL at Whitehorse Co Pk along the river. It appear folks can park along the river in the boat ramp area without having to pay the $2 per day use fee for the Parks now. At least I saw no signs requiring payment today.

...ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS are singing everywhere I stopped, other wise no other new migrant species today.
