[obol] Dead puffins and Snowy Owls

Yesterday 4/3 we conducted our first Snowy Plover survey of the season 
at Bandon Beach State Park, Coos Cty.  We found 2 HORNED PUFFIN 
carcasses and one TUFTED PUFFIN carcass. 

Today we were talking to a co-worker, Dylan Little, who works on the 
Dunes Recreation Area sites.  He said a month ago he saw a SNOWY OWL at 
Siltcoos, Lane County, on the north side flying around.  I don't have an 
exact date yet but I'll try to get one.  This is certainly a good Lane 
Cty find.
